WOE
Jiangsu Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd (“WOE” for short)in September 2009. In year 2014, WOE introduced a second shareholder named JHW Engineering & Contracting Limited, who is registered in Hong Kong and mainly invested by JACCAR Holding. Both shareholders target at leading WOE to be a professional large special gas equipment manufacturing facility. WOE is mainly focusing on very large gas carrier tanks and offshore modules.
WOE is located at the Qidong Marine Industrial Park and covers a total area of 800 mu. WOE is now under infrastructure construction to adapt to the new product program. Upon completion, WOE will be the world leading production facility for very large gas carrier tanks, and the Company can also construct and deliver the whole gas carrier with its own dry dock, and the offshore module around 4,000 ton with its own heavy platform and load-out facility.

Cryolobe Gas Technology Co., Ltd. (CGT) is located in Shanghai is a professional independent design consultancy to supply Engineering, Procurement and Construction Supervision solution on cryogenic gas system to the marine and oil & gas industries internationally. We are specializing in independent type C cargo tank and cargo handling systems for LPG, LEG, Ethane and LNG carriers, LNG/Ethane fuel gas systems, LNG-FSRU regas modules, as well as FPSO topside modules.
Our Engineering team have good experience on advanced engineering, construction technology, high technology welding for cryogenic material.
